About the art

"Grandma's Kitchen" is an exploration of patterns, texture, and color. I wanted the background to feel like a vintage wallpaper you might see in an old house. I also set out to challenge myself by drawing a glass vase - a texture I hadn't drawn before!

This drawing feels like home to me and reminds me of being in my own grandma's kitchen - a place that was full of warmth and cherished memories.
