About the art

I've always had a sort of fascination with moths. I love their varying colors and patterns as well as their symbolism of transformation and growth.

This drawing was the first where I featured something other than plants or a landscape. It was such a delight to create and I can't think of any subject more fitting than this one to represent my growth in my artistic journey.
