About the art

I set a goal last year to draw all of the birth month flowers and I've been slowly working my way through each month. This drawing, September Blue, features asters, one of September's flowers. 

At the very end of this drawing, I opted to include the ladybug and I'm so happy I did! I think it adds so much life to the piece, despite being such a small part of it overall.
